Orby Vets in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to drive clinical leadership and oversee a varied caseload across consultations and surgery. You will mentor the team, uphold high standards of care and collaborate with Practice leadership.

4-day week, 40 hours per week, no Saturdays, no out-of-hours commitments, and opportunities for professional development are offered. Relocation support and a welcome package are available.

Qualifications

• Veterinary degree and registration with the RCVS.
• Strong medical and surgical capabilities in a first opinion setting.
• Interest in leadership, mentoring and team development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with leadership duties.
