Animal Trust (UK) is seeking a Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse to spearhead clinical operations at their new veterinary hospital in Cwmbran, which opens early 2027. This is a full-time position with a 4-day work week, aimed at an experienced leader who is passionate about veterinary care.
The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical team and managing operations, encouraging staff development while ensuring compliance and efficient stock management. The role comes with generous benefits including 6 weeks holiday and CPD funding.

Animal Trust is an independently owned, not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) providing accessible, affordable, high-quality veterinary care. Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our hospital will offer continuous patient care and emergency services, supporting both our clients and the wider veterinary community.

We are seeking a Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse to join the team. This role is ideally suited to an experienced leader with a passion for both clinical work and leadership.
This is a fantastic opportunity to put your skills and experience into action, playing a key role in growing the hospital's client base and developing the clinical team. You will support both vets and nurses to deliver the highest standard of affordable veterinary care.
40 hours per week, 4-day week, weekends: 2:9 (TOIL).
