Placements24 is seeking a visionary Lead UX/UI Designer to steer the user experience and interface design for our digital platforms in Randburg. This senior role leads a design team, translating complex user needs into elegant solutions and championing user-centered principles.

You will collaborate with product, developers, and marketers to deliver user-centric products, mentor junior designers, and uphold accessibility and responsive design standards, with a hybrid work arrangement supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX/UI with leadership/senior experience.
• Strong portfolio of digital UX/UI work.
• Proficient with Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD (or similar).
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to implementation with intuitive experiences.
• Develop wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile.
