Lead UX Researcher - Manchester City Centre - £68,000 + bonus

The Company:
Lorien Global are working in partnership with a company going through rapid product evolution. Becoming a true data and product driven business, they're now looking for a Lead UX Researcher to help drive innovation across the group.

The Role:
Working closely with the Chief Product Officer and Lead Design Team, your responsibility is to lead research initiatives utilizing a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods. As my client moves towards being a data-driven organization, we need someone who has experience using data for intelligent insights and informed decision making.

This role presents a genuine opportunity to impact the future of the product portfolio, introducing new products that will have revenue generation importance, and enhancements to the existing products with the goal to improve the overall user experience for their customer base.

The Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a blend of the following skills:

  1. Proven user research capabilities, creating and defining strategy within a large digital, consumer business.
  2. Previous creation and management of user researching programs (Focus Groups, Surveys, Market Data Analysis, Usability Testing).
  3. Excellent collaboration skills, including between internal and external partners (3rd party vendors / Product Teams / Engineers, etc.).
  4. Experience presenting research results to a varied panel of individuals.
  5. Guidance and mentorship of junior team members.
