Expect 70% hands-on analysis and 30% leading projects, with opportunities to deploy fraud signals and production models, while mentoring junior analysts in a collaborative, high-growth InsurTech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background across underwriting analytics, pricing and data science.
• Ability to build and deploy models that shape real decisions.
• Experience communicating complex findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio performance and adjust coverage and rates.
• Build fraud detection models and identify new risk signals.
• Collaborate with underwriters to improve risk assessment.
• Explore non-traditional data sources to sharpen underwriting decisions.
• Move models into production to influence live underwriting decisions.
• Mentor junior analysts and share technical knowledge.
