Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant senior engineering leadership or management experience in defence, automotive, off-highway vehicles or related environments.
• Proven experience managing complex, high-technology engineering programmes or project groups.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, systems engineering and vehicle build/tech functions.
• Strong governance, problem-solving and technical delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK-based vehicle platform engineering and product development programmes.
• Develop and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary UK engineering team.
• Ensure customer requirements are understood, captured, managed and delivered.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across engineering programmes.
• Manage engineering delivery against cost, timing, quality and technical performance objectives.
• Define and maintain technical roadmaps and lifecycle processes.
• Support bids, proposals and customer engagement with technical solutions.
