Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in UI development across the game development lifecycle.
• Proven experience leading UI delivery on game projects and mentoring team members.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and player-centred design.
• Excellent visual design skills with typography and layout mastery.

Responsibilities

• Lead UI artist, setting the visual language and high standards across the project.
• Mentor UI artists and review work to maintain visual consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and leadership to shape UI direction.
• Design and create high-quality UI assets including menus, HUDs, icons, and animations.
• Develop and improve UI workflows, style guides and production pipelines.
• Support UI implementation in the game engine and balance creative goals with performance.
