Job summary

Qualifications

• A higher degree (in a relevant biomedical or associated subject) with strong experience in academic clinical trial management.
• Understanding of UK clinical trial regulations and trial management methodologies.
• Experience in coordinating trials from design to publication and in budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a trial management team responsible for a portfolio of cancer trials and other projects.
• Report to the CRCTU Director of Operations and collaborate with senior staff.
• Develop research portfolios, contribute to grant proposals, and manage contracts.
• Ensure trials meet regulatory and quality standards and monitor budgets.
• Supervise staff, oversee training, and participate in internal committees.
