Job Description:

The Lead Transducer Engineer will play a key role in research and development of acoustic transducers and related technologies, contributing to audio product innovation including loudspeakers, headphones, and automotive sound systems. Responsibilities include managing transducer development, hands-on engineering, supervising a team, and collaborating with product development teams.

Primary Duties:
  • Supervising transducer engineering team
  • Planning and tracking engineering tasks
  • Supporting team development and process optimization
  • Maintaining measurement tools and lab facilities
  • Performing electromagnetic, mechanical, and acoustic simulations
  • Measuring transducers and speaker systems
  • Documenting results and developing procedures
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in acoustics, physics, or electronic engineering
  • Experience with electrodynamic transducers and finite element tools like COMSOL
  • Leadership experience in engineering teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills:
