Responsibilities

  • Design and manage compliant training content for HUB FS, including product, soft skills, and systems training aligned with the HUB T&C Framework.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop interactive training content for various audiences, including new hires and existing staff wishing to cross-skill.
  • Anticipate future changes and trends to ensure the business responds promptly and compliantly.
  • Utilize customer feedback and research insights to improve training quality.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive, accessible, and up-to-date training library.
  • Deliver in-person and online training sessions.
  • Schedule training sessions and manage team calendars.
  • Serve as the escalation point for technical advice related to advice journeys delivered by non-qualified personnel.
  • Provide first-line management, coaching, and professional development for training personnel.

Lead Training Specialist / Training Manager

Location: Belfast (Hybrid, min 50% office-based)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Training Specialist / Training Manager to support the Senior Training & Quality Manager. The role involves empowering individuals through impactful training experiences, primarily focusing on product training for HUB Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and manage compliant training content for HUB FS, including product, soft skills, and systems training aligned with the HUB T&C Framework.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop interactive training content for various audiences, including new hires and existing staff wishing to cross-skill.

  • CIPD or relevant qualifications in L&D, digital learning design, or facilitation.
