A leading train operating company is looking for a Senior Train Crew Diagramming Lead in Greater London to lead the Traincrew Diagramming team. You will manage planning, build stakeholder relationships, and drive performance improvements. Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of diagramming rules and Traincrew Terms.
• Excellent IT literacy; experience with introducing new technologies.
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies for business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Traincrew Diagramming team to produce high-quality planning.
• Act as key contact for local driver union representatives.
• Manage Long-Term and Short-Term Planning train crew diagrams.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver service in line with performance targets.
• Own KPI reporting and benchmarking for the diagramming team.
• Drive productivity and continuous improvement in train planning processes.
