HS2 Ltd in London or Birmingham is seeking a Lead Traffic Management System (TMS) Engineer to lead the development of TMS specifications and provide technical assurance for design and APIS approval.
You will lead TMS engineering tasks, manage interfaces with CCS subsystems and rail networks, and engage stakeholders to deliver solutions within the programme while promoting safety and inclusion.

Base Salary: £66, 553 - £91,510 per annum

The Lead Traffic Management System (TMS) Engineer is responsible for leading the development of the TMS specifications, the technical progressive assurance of the TMS design and the approval of the TMS for APIS.
Under the overall accountability of the Head of CCS Engineering (who also has broader accountability), the Lead TMS Engineer provides leadership of the TMS engineering tasks and is responsible for the integration of TMS with the HS2 Railway. The job holder will be required to engage with the programme stakeholders, providing strategic direction for business critical workstreams and providing technical leadership for specialist and consultancy resources.
