Job summary

Ford Credit is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to coordinate complex technology deliverables across multiple teams. The role focuses on providing an integrated view of progress, risks and delivery readiness while teams retain ownership of execution.

The role requires coordinating product, business and engineering stakeholders, ensuring end-to-end testing and release readiness, and mentoring TPMs as needed. Based at the Dunton campus in the UK.

Qualifications

• Coordination of technical or software delivery across multiple teams.
• Management of complex dependencies, risks and integrated plans or forecasts.
• Alignment of Product, Business and Engineering stakeholders on outcomes and trade-offs.
• Coordination of integration, end-to-end testing or release readiness.
• Familiarity with Agile or product delivery and tools such as Jira.
• Understanding security, control, compliance and audit in a regulated environment.
• Strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills without formal authority.
• Mentoring TPMs or improving delivery practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the integrated delivery view across teams.
• Ensure teams retain ownership of execution while TPM coordinates dependencies and delivery readiness.
• Communicate progress, risks and decisions to stakeholders.
• Support release readiness and alignment with product and business priorities.
