Job summary

HC-One Scotland is seeking a Therapeutic Wellbeing Practitioner to lead and coordinate wellbeing activities within Hillside View care home. You will support residents’ daily living, promote social engagement, and implement person-centred plans with a compassionate, patient approach.

Experience with vulnerable individuals and knowledge of alcohol related brain damage are valued. Training and development opportunities are offered as part of a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Background in working with vulnerable individuals.
• Knowledge or experience of alcohol related brain damage is desirable.
• Ability to lead wellbeing activities and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of assessment, planning, implementation, review and evaluation of wellbeing activity.
• Collaborate with residents, colleagues and families to promote meaningful daily life.
• Utilise the Wellbeing Assessment Tool to support personalised plans.
