Job summary

GSK is seeking a Team Lead, Therapeutic Area Quality to guide a team of Quality Business Partners providing independent GCP oversight across clinical programs. You will influence quality strategy and drive risk-based improvements at the development and lifecycle level.

The role requires leading a global team, coordinating audits and inspections, and ensuring readiness for health authority reviews in multiple therapeutic areas. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or quality field.
• GCP quality oversight experience is required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/clinical quality assurance.
• Proven ability to lead a global quality team (min 3 years).
• Knowledge of QA concepts, risk management, and QBD in clinical development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of QBPs delivering GCP quality support across trials.
• Drive quality strategy, plans, and regulatory readiness.
• Coordinate global audits/inspections and risk-based QA activities.
• Communicate critical quality risks to partners and management.
• Support Health Authority inspections and due diligence activities.
• Develop talent, goals, and performance within the team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GCP, GLP, and GVP regulations.
