Key Responsibilities
- Lead various testing types including Functional, System, Integration, End-to-End, and Security testing using tools like Selenium and Karate.
- Manage a team of 8-10 test automation engineers.
- Design, implement, and maintain test automation scenarios; analyze results and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects to enhance test assets.
- Develop performance tests with JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Refactor and improve testing frameworks; work closely with senior management and product teams.
- Participate in recruitment and contribute to the performance test strategy.
Skills and Experience
Minimum Criteria
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools.
- Proficiency in tools like Eggplant Functional, SOAP UI, Postman.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of security testing tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of middleware systems and software architectures.
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter and LoadRunner.
Essential Criteria
- Strong analytical and collaborative skills.
- Mentoring capabilities and participation in community activities.
- Experience with Data bricks, ADF, fabric, and Oracle ERP solutions.
- Exposure to generative AI.
