Job summary

Copello Global is seeking a Lead Test Architect with a background in electronics to drive test designs across complex Defence & Aerospace projects. This hybrid role splits time between home and office, with leadership of a talented Test Architects team guiding equipment specification, testability, and collaboration with design and manufacturing teams.

The successful candidate will ensure robust test coverage, model testability into designs, and engage with customers and suppliers.

The Lead Test Architect will play a critical role in leading on test designs and their application throughout project development.

Hybrid Working

An even split between home and office-based work.

The Role

This position will require someone to take ownership of test equipment specification and delivery, leading a talented team of Test Architects and collaborating with manufacturing and design teams. The Lead Test Architect will ensure that product testability is built into the design and relevant systems will be analysed and modelled to determine the level of test coverage.
