Lead Technician, East Kilbride Depot - 10 Stroud Road, Kelvin Industrial Estate, East Kilbride, G75 0YA, 39.17 hours per week, Monday to Friday 0800 - 1600, 1 in 3 Sundays 0700 - 1200, flexibility required, competitive pay

Job Summary

We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Maintenance Technician to come join us, based at our East Kilbride Depot. Reporting into the Engineering Manager, your overall responsibility will be to lead a multi-skilled team of technicians, plan and schedule maintenance activities, liaise with and supervise external contractors, review and update daily/weekly/monthly reports.

  • Scheduling maintenance for Automation and Facility systems
  • Supervision of external contractors on site
  • Security auditing
  • Resource Planning
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to key stakeholders
Key Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
  • Minimum recognised Level 3 engineering, electrical, or mechanical qualification
  • Proven experience managing a maintenance department
  • Experience working with automated conveyor systems
  • Experience fault finding within electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
  • Desirable qualifications: IOSH or NEBOSH
