Ambition is seeking a technically minded Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across software, cloud, and infrastructure teams. The role targets professionals who have progressed from infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps into project management, delivering multi-team programs while balancing delivery quality and business impact. Strong communication and stakeholder skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, platform engineering or related technical discipline
• Strong understanding of SDLC, cloud technologies and modern engineering practices
• Proven track record delivering complex tech projects with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field
• Experience in Financial Services or fintech environments preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of technology projects across software engineering, infrastructure, cloud and platform teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Drive project governance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, operations and business stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining delivery quality and operational stability
