As a Lead Technical Program Manager within the Project Rio Team of Asset Wealth Management, you will be responsible for steering the successful execution of intricate technology projects and programs that are crucial for achieving the firm's business objectives. Your profound understanding of technical principles, practices, and theories will be instrumental in crafting innovative solutions, while concurrently managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams effectively. Your robust analytical reasoning and adaptability will help you navigate through uncertainty and change, ensuring that technology initiatives are in line with business objectives. Your superior communication and stakeholder management skills will aid in building productive working relationships and influencing decision-making to attain mutually beneficial results.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
  2. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  4. Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  1. Formal training or certification in technical program management and advanced applied experience.
  2. Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
  3. Expertise in various reporting/dashboard tools such as Jira and Tableau.
  4. Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services.
  5. Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  6. Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  1. Experience with Alteryx, JIRA, Tableau, and other project management/visualization/reporting tools is a plus.
