LILT is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead data programs enhancing ASR for low-resource languages, delivering high-quality AI data workstreams. This four-month fixed-term contract requires 4–6 hours daily, with potential extension.

You will own end-to-end program delivery, coordinating multilingual teams, language experts, and engineers to meet customer goals and budget targets. This role emphasizes high ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on scalable, responsible

Competenze

• 3+ years managing high-volume, deadline-driven service delivery in data annotation, transcription, localization, content operations, or a comparable field.
• Demonstrated success leading distributed teams to meet demanding delivery and quality goals.
• Strong ability to use data, dashboards, and forecasting to guide decisions on delivery, quality, and cost.
• Working knowledge of quality assurance for AI training data, including evaluation, sampling, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent written English and the ability to write unambiguous instructions for multilingual contributors.
• Adaptability: bring structure to evolving requirements and lead programs in ambiguous environments.
• Availability: able to commit for the full contract term.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end program plans from pilot and calibration through scaled production and final delivery, aligning scope, staffing, and milestones with customer requirements.
• Monitor output against volume and timeline targets, forecast delivery using actual performance, and adjust capacity or workflows to address gaps.
• Lead readiness reviews, quality checkpoints, and acceptance milestones, coordinating stakeholders and driving timely decisions.
• Manage delivery costs against budget and margin targets; flag scope changes and resource trade-offs.
• Build and lead multilingual delivery teams and align capacity with program goals.
• Translate program needs into tooling and automation improvements for scalable data delivery.
• Develop reusable processes and playbooks to capture lessons learned and strengthen delivery across language programs.
