Lead Technical Architect – Salesforce

As our Lead Technical Architect , you’ll define architecture, lead technical teams, and drive innovation across high-profile digital transformation projects.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead architectural strategy and design scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee project delivery , guiding teams through end-to-end implementations.
• Collaborate with clients & stakeholders , bridging technical expertise with business needs.
• Develop & integrate complex Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Mentor and upskill technical teams, fostering innovation and growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends , incorporating the latest Salesforce advancements.

What You Bring :

• 5+ years in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud & Service Cloud ; other Cloud expertise is a bonus.
• Strong technical leadership , delivering complex projects in consulting or enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Salesforce APIs, and integrations with external systems.
• Salesforce certifications - Systems Architect & Application Architect.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
