We seek a Lead Technical Architect to shape architectural strategy, lead complex engagements, and mentor teams, influencing C-level stakeholders and guiding pre-sales in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will drive cloud-native architectures, security and governance with Terraform/Kubernetes, while promoting agile delivery and thoughtful, human-centered

Qualifications

• Senior-level Technical Architect with a proven record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
• Designing and implementing architectures across major public cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and advanced CI/CD tooling.
• Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform experience.
• Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Security, networking, and governance in cloud contexts.
• Experience in consultancy, pre-sales and business growth.
• Agile leadership and team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural vision, standards, and best practices across Hippo Digital delivery practice.
• Advise senior client stakeholders, including C-suite, on their long-term technical strategy.
• Lead complex technical engagements with architectural oversight and quality assurance.
• Mentor and coach our team of architects and engineers.
• Drive pre-sales and bids, shaping new opportunities.
• Contribute to Hippo Digital's thought leadership through public speaking and writing.
• Make architectural decisions that impact multiple projects or clients.
