What skills and experience we're looking for

In order to build capacity and drive school improvement, we are seeking to appoint an aspiring Lead Teaching Assistant/Cover Supervisor with the passion and commitment to help lead our Academies to the next level of successful performance. The Maltby Learning Trust is seeking to appoint a talented, caring and inspirational Lead Teaching Assistant/Cover Supervisor to join its dedicated staff team at Maltby Lilly Hall Academy to work directly with our young people.
