Catch22 is seeking a Lead Teacher for their college, responsible for providing effective leadership and delivering a high-quality curriculum for 14-19-year-olds. The role involves fostering relationships with students, managing staff performance, and ensuring educational standards are met in a supportive environment. Candidates should have experience with young people and possess a QTS qualification or be willing to work towards it.

Our Catch22 College comprises 8 sites nationwide, delivering academic and vocational training for young people aged 16+ who, for various reasons, are not suited to mainstream college settings. Each site offers a highly supportive environment where learners can build confidence, develop self-belief, and acquire skills and experiences to achieve their life goals. We exist to help our learners find their future.
As Lead Teacher, you will provide effective leadership and management at a specific college site for 14-19-year-olds, ensuring a safe and secure educational environment for students with complex needs and behaviors.
Your responsibilities include managing the educational environment to support and motivate students with complex needs, while delivering a high-quality, aspirational curriculum.
