Lead Teacher of ICT/iMedia/Computing/Business (2nd in Department) - Permanent Full Time

Required from 1st September 2025

Salary: Main Scale 3 to Upper Scale 3: £35,674 - £49,084 per annum
TLR 2.1: £3,391 per annum

Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher to support the Subject Leader in Business and Computing. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our department. Ideally, you will have at least two years of teaching experience and be confident delivering ICT and/or Business at Key Stage 5 or eager to develop in this area.

Department Details

The department is vibrant and well-resourced, with a clear progression of learning across all key stages. At Key Stage 3, students follow a structured computing curriculum. At Key Stage 4, we offer OCR iMedia, and at Key Stage 5, BTEC Level 3 IT and Business. The department benefits from five dedicated IT suites with high-spec computers and three shared suites across the school.

Candidate Profile

We seek someone collaborative, committed to raising standards, and capable of delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. You will join a supportive team, have access to excellent facilities, and be part of a school that values ambition, creativity, and professional growth.
