Freedom Group, a leader in the UK’s energy transition, is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to manage recruitment delivery within their specialist infrastructure services team. Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Freedom business (part of NG Bailey). Freedom operates at the heart of the UK’s energy transition – delivering specialist infrastructure services across the power and utilities sectors. With continued growth and major projects ahead, we’re looking for someone who can deliver smart, strategic recruitment support in a high-performance environment.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll own recruitment delivery for the Freedom business, managing a small team and working closely with senior operational stakeholders to shape and deliver workforce plans.
This is a hybrid role based from either our Leeds or London office, with flexibility and occasional travel to other sites.

You’ll be a highly organised, people-focused Talent Acquisition expert who thrives in fast-paced environments and can juggle strategic and hands-on delivery. You’ll be confident managing recruitment for technical or field-based roles and have a natural ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
We’re particularly interested in people who bring experience from similar environments – engineering, power, utilities or infrastructure – where safety, compliance and workforce mobility are key considerations.
