Lead Systems Engineer – Salisbury (Hybrid) - £75,000 + Bonus

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with a holistic view of complex systems, capable of understanding all aspects and specializing as an SME in specific areas.

Recently, you may have been confined to a narrow focus, missing the end-to-end product perspective. This role offers the chance to work on next-generation UAV technology, project to project, in an environment that emphasizes rapid prototyping, fast failure, and iterative development, especially given the geopolitical landscape affecting drone technology.

You will be a Systems Engineer at a Senior or Lead level, working within a multi-skilled team with ownership and creative freedom. You will gain exposure across various teams and projects, with each sprint offering different challenges. The organization supports continuous learning through a comprehensive L&D policy. Ideal candidates will have experience in:
