Lead Systems Engineer – Salisbury (Hybrid) - £75,000 + Bonus

We are seeking a Systems Engineer who enjoys having a holistic overview of wider systems, understanding all aspects, and diving into specifics when needed. You might even consider yourself an SME in certain areas.

Recently, you may have been limited to focusing on a specific area, missing the end-to-end product view.

This opportunity allows you to broaden your focus across multiple projects, working on cutting-edge technology – UAVs!

Our organization can design, build, and test all in one environment, enabling rapid prototyping, quick failure, and iterative development to meet evolving demands. Given the geopolitical landscape of drone technology, out-of-the-box thinking is essential.

Your role will be as a Systems Engineer (we are hiring from Senior to Lead level). You will be part of a multi-skilled team with ownership of your area and a platform for creativity. You will gain exposure to various teams and entire projects, with each sprint offering different nuances. You are not expected to know everything, which is why we offer a comprehensive L&D policy to support your continuous learning. Ideally, you have experience in:
