Job Description:

Leonardo has a fantastic opportunity for a Demonstration Lead to join a new department focused on developing Synthetics, Digital Products, and Services. This role is pivotal in transforming our Electronics UK Division and shaping Leonardo UK's future.

The Demonstration Lead will spearhead the creation, iteration, and enhancement of synthetics-centric demonstrations to validate design concepts and influence synthetic development across UK divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the definition and execution of synthetics demonstrations aligned with project needs.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design implications and support implementation strategies.
3. Coordinate with Digital Products and Services Systems Leads to develop capabilities and prepare for future offerings, reporting to the Chief Systems Engineer.
4. Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate successful demonstrations.
5. Conduct demonstrations, evaluate outcomes, and lead review sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive experience in delivering synthetics demonstrations using hardware, software, and infrastructure under tight deadlines.
• Deep understanding of tools, methodologies, and processes in the synthetics domain.
• Proven experience working in agile environments.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in prototyping and iterative development of demonstrations.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to obtain SC or higher security clearance for UK programs.
• Degree or equivalent in Systems, Software, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• Knowledge of future trends in synthetics technologies and UK MOD policies.
• Experience in requirements definition, systems verification, and validation.
