Salary: £27,732 – 28,678 (£14.41 - 14.91 per hour) plus £65.45 per sleep-in duty worked, plus on-call payment
(Depending on experience)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Chester Link is a charity that supports twenty people across seven properties in Cheshire West and Chester.

We are recruiting for a Lead Support Worker based in Winsford.

Responsibilities:

1. Work 37 hours per week alongside the staff team, closely with our Registered Manager.
2. Develop and manage staff through supervision and appraisal, serving as a positive role model.
3. Guide the staff team in decision making with service users.
4. Collaborate with the management team to share responsibility for the management and operation of the service.
5. Ensure high quality of service across all areas of work.
6. Work a rolling weekend rota and share sleep-in duties.
7. Participate in the on-call service on a rolling rota, with support from another Lead Support Worker.

Training will be provided for your on-call duties, and you will be supported by a committed team of Lead Support Workers and managers who work together and support each other.
