What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering person-centred support using our proven Activate model
- Leading and inspiring your team to provide outstanding care
- Supporting individuals in their day to day lives
- Building strong relationships with families and supporting regular visits
- Adapting communication styles to meet each person's unique needs
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Shift patterns: Early shifts 7:00am – 2:30pm; Late shifts 2:30pm – 10:00pm
- An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be incurred by Dimensions.
