Job description

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering person-centred support using our proven Activate model
• Leading and inspiring your team to provide outstanding care
• Supporting individuals in their day to day lives
• Building strong relationships with families and supporting regular visits
• Adapting communication styles to meet each person's unique needs
• Personal care
• Administering medication
• Shift patterns: Early shifts 7:00am – 2:30pm; Late shifts 2:30pm – 10:00pm
• An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be incurred by Dimensions.
