For this role, you will receive £11.55 per hour (for shifts worked delivering support) plus £67.75 per shift when you work a Sleep-In.
Lead Support Worker programme which pays the higher rate of £11.55 per hour (when you work directly with the people we support). This equates to a salary of up to £24,088.68 per annum (pro rata for part time).
PLEASE NOTE: This premium does not apply to hours while absent, on leave, on training, or when working additional hours chosen by you to cover vacant support hours.
The Lead Support Worker Programme offers you the opportunity to develop your experience, skills, and knowledge via workplace learning and a comprehensive training programme, enabling you to progress within the organisation into management roles.
Lead Support Workers will be based within a Locality but will also be expected to work in other services across the organisation as and when required.
