Lead Support Worker – Farnham (GU9)

Location: Farnham | Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) Pay: £13.92 per hour + £50 sleep-in allowance

Are you ready to take the next step in your care career? We’re looking for a Lead Support Worker to join our dynamic team in Farnham—where your leadership, creativity, and empathy will help shape meaningful lives and lasting memories.

At Dimensions, we’re proud to support adults with learning disabilities and autism across England and Wales. In Farnham, you’ll be part of a close-knit team supporting five brilliant gentlemen aged 19 to 50. They’re social, adventurous, and full of personality—and they’re looking for someone who shares their enthusiasm for new experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering person-centred support using our proven Activate model
  • Leading and inspiring your team to provide outstanding care
  • Supporting individuals in activities, including:
    • Planning and enjoying holidays
    • Visiting museums and local attractions
    • Attending live music events at Prince’s Hall and G Live
    • Participating in sports coaching sessions
    • Sharing meals and pub lunches around Farnham
    • Building strong relationships with families and supporting regular visits
    • Adapting communication styles to meet each person’s unique needs
Shift Patterns
  • Early shifts: 7:30am – 3:00pm
  • Late shifts: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
  • One sleep-in shift per week (£50 allowance)
