Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Lead Supply Planner for Food on the Move (FOTM) and Hospitality to manage complex supply challenges and to deputise for the Supply and Demand Manager when needed. You will influence strategy, coach teams, and lead critical planning activities maintaining an agile and efficient supply chain.
You will mentor planners, build supplier relationships, and drive improvements across the organisation while aligning with M&S values and the fast-paced retail environment.
