Job summary

Boots is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Manager in Nottingham to lead a dynamic analytics team and deliver insightful analytics, BI solutions and dashboards that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into analytics outputs, and drive adoption of self-service reporting and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Significant analytics or BI experience in Supply Chain or FMCG.
• Proven leadership in analytics teams.
• Strong Power BI skills including dashboards and data modelling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Analytics function with trusted reporting, dashboards and insights.
• Coach and develop a high-performing analytics team fostering data-driven decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics and insights.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, KPIs and performance frameworks across the supply chain.
• Drive adoption of analytics tools and self-service reporting for business impact.
• Collaborate with IT to build data infrastructure and automation for the supply chain.
