What you'll do:

As Lead Nurse, Band 7, you’ll be responsible for delivering safe, effective care while leading and supporting your nursing team.
  • Oversee addiction treatment pathways and clinical standards
  • Manage immunisation and harm reduction programmes
  • Develop nurse-led initiatives and support staff training
  • Collaborate with NHS teams across A&E, AMU, and other departments
  • Ensure best practice in line with national guidance
