What you'll do:
As Lead Nurse, Band 7, you’ll be responsible for delivering safe, effective care while leading and supporting your nursing team.- Oversee addiction treatment pathways and clinical standards

- Collaborate with NHS teams across A&E, AMU, and other departments
- Ensure best practice in line with national guidance
