Corpay is seeking a Lead Structurer in London, focused on leading project execution and lender engagement for Alpha Group clients. You will report to the Head of Structuring & Execution and work in The Point, Paddington, with in-office Monday–Friday expectations.

Responsibilities include managing deal financing, term sheets, due diligence, and market engagement. Requires 4+ years in fund finance and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• 4+ years’ experience in fund finance, lender, borrower or advisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Fund Finance advisory projects for Alpha Group’s clients.
• Oversee financing process from structuring to term sheet and close.
• Perform financial and non-financial due diligence and draft documents.
• Engage with clients, lenders, lawyers and fund administrators.
• Shape strategic goals for the business unit and assist sales pitches.
• Represent Alpha at market events and conferences.
