This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to take a senior technical lead across a wide range of projects - from tender stage through to FEED, detailed design, and construction. Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead all civil and structural design activities across major projects
• 
  Approve engineering deliverables - including reports, calculations, drawings & risk assessments
• 
  Ensure designs meet UK and Eurocode standards , CDM regulations, and client specifications
• 
  Deliver design work across steelwork, reinforced concrete, foundations, temporary works , drainage and more
• 
  Act as a technical authority for both clients and internal stakeholders
• 
  Support project proposals, define scopes of work, and manage engineering budgets

What They're Looking For:

• 
  Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng/MEng or equivalent)
• 
  Chartered (CEng) or working toward chartership (IStructE/ICE)
• 
  8-10 years' UK experience in design consultancy or EPC project environments
• 
  Strong technical knowledge of BS/EU codes and construction practices
• 
  Proficient in tools like AutoCAD, Tekla TEDDS, STAAD.Pro, Robot, IDEA StatiCa
• 
  Comfortable working across multi-disciplinary teams and client environments
• 
  UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as required
