What you’ll do

As a member of the strategy team, you’ll work collaboratively across multiple departments at Raylo with the goal of optimising our customer retention strategy. Your challenge will be to launch tests and use data to inform our strategy and build deeper customer relationships. A successful candidate will be comfortable getting right into the details and making small changes to drive a big impact.

You’ll work with our finance, operations and marketing teams to identify opportunities to boost customer retention and own end-to-end implementation of new strategies. This could be:

  1. Identifying common points of friction that lead to customer churn at the end of the lease
  2. Evaluating trends in customer engagement and identifying strategies to drive stickier customer relationships (e.g. loyalty programs, CRM strategy, product enhancements)
  3. Testing offers to incentivise customers to upgrade their lease or add new devices
  4. Building out monitoring and measurement to understand performance and double down on what’s working well
  5. Supporting our wider existing customer strategies

You’ll succeed with

- A proven track record with 3-6 years of experience in analytics or strategy roles

- You enjoy thinking through complex problems and possess influencing skills to align key stakeholders

- Experience with SQL and data analysis (must-have)

- Experience using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

- Startup/scaleup or Fintech experience (nice to have)
