Job summary

National Wealth Fund is seeking an Assistant Director - Strategic Partnership to drive delivery across the Strategic Partnership Portfolio. Based in Leeds with hybrid working, you will build senior stakeholder relationships and provide financing expertise to accelerator programmes and MCA collaborations.

You will support advisory and lending activities, shape investable propositions, and help MCAs progress partnerships, while upholding the Fund's mission to mobilise private finance for local

Qualifications

Proven experience in financing or delivering infrastructure projects, especially for the public sector.
Experience in advisory services and/or lending support, including financial modelling and due diligence.
Strong understanding of government finance, public sector accounting and devolved governance.
Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Represent the Fund and cement its reputation in local authority project financing.
Build and maintain relationships with MCA/city region ecosystem.
Provide project and infrastructure finance expertise to shape investable propositions.
Support delivery across Strategic Partnership portfolio across regions.
