Job summary

The role combines leadership with hands-on programming, strategic collaboration with Biostatistics, data management and IT, and adoption of advanced R tools and reproducible workflows.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in life science or related field.
• Proven leadership, collaboration and organizational skills to manage trials and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of clinical trials methodology, GCP and medical terminology.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions.
• Experience in Drug Development with Statistical Programming and leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical programming activities for large projects globally.
• Coordinate programmers internally or externally and allocate resources.
• Develop programming strategy and documentation with Biostatisticians.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams and communicate status.
• Ensure timely, quality development and validation of statistical outputs.
