Exciting Opportunity for Lead/Staff Engineer in London

I am representing a client, a London-based travel SaaS company backed by prominent investors. They are seeking a Senior/Lead/Staff Engineer with Ruby expertise to join their team.

The company is relatively young but has established strong engineering practices and aims to innovate within the Travel industry through its SaaS platform.

• Location: Central London (3 days in the office per week)
• Salary: £95-130k (dependent on experience) + Equity + Private Healthcare
• Start: Immediate, with an ongoing interview process

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Ruby
• Strong background in platform engineering (DevOps, Observability, Infrastructure)
• Familiarity with Rails Front-End (Hotwire, Stimulus, Turbo) is a plus
