Job summary

Oliver Bernard are partnering with a Tech for Good business to hire an established Lead Site Reliability Engineer to build out their SRE function and drive reliability, automation and best practices across their technology estate.

You’ll own end-to-end projects, champion engineering standards and coach the wider team, enabling reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure. The role offers remote-first working with quarterly London office visits and a salary of £90-100k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Lead SRE leading roadmaps and end-to-end projects.
• Containerisation / Orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• CI/CD experience, ideally with GitHub Actions.
• Monitoring and observability experience using Datadog; Prometheus/Grafana ok.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SRE projects and roadmap.
• Champion reliability, automation and engineering best practices.
• Upskill and coach the wider engineering team.
• Build and operate a reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure.
