Arnold Clark Group is seeking a Spray Painter Supervisor in Kirkcaldy to lead the bodyshop team and work with the Bodyshop Manager to maintain high productivity and first-time repair quality. You will oversee a fast-paced workshop, ensuring safety, discipline, and top-tier workmanship.

The ideal candidate brings organised, quick-thinking capabilities and motor industry experience, with a track record of meeting deadlines and solving technical challenges.

Formación

• Experience in the automotive/bodyshop sector and managing teams.
• Ability to coach staff and apprentices to meet targets.
• Strong organisational and accuracy skills are essential.
• Good IT literacy for workshop systems and documentation.
• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of staff and apprentices to meet targets.
• Ensure all work is done correctly, on time and to high standards.
• Comply with company, DVSA, health and safety and manufacturer policy.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service.
• Plan and schedule work, considering parts availability and job complexity.
• Provide repair estimates and set timescales.
• Assist staff with technical challenges to achieve outcomes.
