Your Impact

As the Lead Speech and Language Therapist, you will:

Job responsibilities

• What you'll be working: This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We support flexible working arrangements—discuss your needs with us.
• What you'll be doing: Lead and manage the Speech and Language team, plan and prioritise complex caseloads, provide advanced assessments and treatments, lead diagnosis and rehabilitation planning within the MDT, evaluate intervention effectiveness, ensure effective communication, develop training programs, and uphold safety and human rights standards.

As a senior team member, promote a culture of openness, person-centred care, and learning from incidents to ensure high performance.
