Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialist nursing leadership and clinical expertise in the ECT suite.
• Coordination of ECT before, during, and after treatment with MDT collaboration.
• Maintenance of ECTAS accreditation and adherence to guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist nursing leadership and clinical expertise in the ECT suite.
• Coordinate ECT before, during and after treatment; work with the MDT to ensure high standards of care.
• Undertake patient assessments and monitor physical and mental health; support patients and carers.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development.
• Supervise junior staff and provide mentorship and education.
