Job summary

Phillips 66 Humber Refinery is seeking a Specialist, Industrial Services to provide specialist technical leadership, planning and coordination for industrial services. You will oversee catalyst handling, high-pressure water jetting, tank and vessel cleaning, drains and sewer services, tanker and gulper operations, waste services and related maintenance activities.

• In-depth knowledge of industrial services including catalyst handling and high-pressure jetting.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Ability to supervise contractors and ensure safe working practices.
• Quality assurance methodologies and data analysis.
• Experience with contract terms and contractor performance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is paramount in all work execution and permit compliance.
• Provide specialist technical leadership for catalyst handling and related services.
• Plan and coordinate industrial services jobs and project scopes.
• Develop short- and medium-term work schedules and resource loading.
• Provide field supervision for contracted services and ensure QA/QC.
• Lead contractor performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Offer technical support for high-risk cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Operate/advise on complex equipment and adjustment of methods for safety and productivity.
• Identify and resolve complex equipment and process inefficiencies.
• Implement QA processes and verify QA/QC documentation.
