Barts Health NHS Trust is recruiting a 1 year fixed term Band 7 Specialist Critical Care Dietitian at the Royal London Hospital. You will provide complex nutrition support for a diverse critical care caseload and mentor junior dietitians.

The post offers autonomous practice within a multidisciplinary team and scope to drive service development, with a focus on high-quality patient care and research-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge to deliver nutrition support for complex critical care patients (enteral and parenteral).
• Provide specialist assessment, treatment and/or advice to in-patients.
• Work closely with all MDT members.
• Lead development of the acute dietetic and critical care services.
• Support and supervise dietetic staff.
• Support and provide training to the MDT.
