Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or senior chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and manage a branded menu.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
